The Modern Executive Conference Chair in black is a fine looking chair made with high quality CaressoftPlus vinyl. CaressoftPlus is a trademarked, ultra-soft, breathable upholstery that looks & feels like leather, but more durable & easy to clean. The chair also features a spring tilt mechanism that allows one to change the angle of the entire seat relative to the floor and allows one to transfer some of the upper body weight to the backrest of the chair.
